1. Return Eligibility

5. Return Shipping

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. For size-related exchanges, please contact us before returning the item, and approval will be subject to product availability.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
